About
My name is Panos Kilimis. I am a human being first -anthropos- and someone who genuinely loves the work I do. My career has spanned several economic sectors, from manufacturing heating and plumbing fittings and trading solar energy systems to, more recently, digitising workflows that simplify and streamline business processes for both owners and employees.
For seven years, I served as a project manager at a German university, visiting more than 45 production plants and developing proposals to digitise and optimise their industrial processes. Today, I work as a project specialist in process digitisation, where I am implementing a new intranet for a social enterprise in Germany.
Having personally experienced the complexities and obstacles of starting and running a business in Greece, I am now launching a new initiative rooted in that understanding.
