I hold a diploma in Economics and Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe in Germany and I have gained international experience working with major companies in both Germany and Greece. One of my key achievements was setting up a sales network spanning 20 countries for a family-run business (including Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland,Serbia, Albania, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, etc.).

I am passionate about connecting with young entrepreneurs who have already started their own businesses. I support them during this critical early stage by offering strategic guidance based on the Business Model Canvas, practical insight into defining sales and marketing channels and cash flow control, and encouragement.

I first tested and optimised my methods within my own company, adhering to the ISO 9001 guidelines and implementing a customised Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. I then applied these methods, along with other tools I had learnt during my career, such as classical project management and Scrum Master techniques, to every business area in which I worked. I share my knowledge and experience with employees and colleagues so that, as a team, we can optimise every situation. There are no theories, only practical solutions that work.
