With a background in economics and engineering from the University of Karlsruhe in Germany, I bring over 30 years of international experience working with large companies in both Germany and Greece. One of my key achievements was building a sales network across 15 countries for a family-run business.

In 2015, I relocated from Greece to Germany. For seven years, I worked as a research associate on a digital process design project for manufacturing companies. Currently, I serve as a project manager, leading the implementation of a new corporate information system and intranet for a social services organization.

Through this new phase of my career, I am passionate about connecting with young entrepreneurs who have already founded their start-up. I offer my expertise pro bono, supporting them during this critical early stage with strategic guidance, practical insight, and encouragement.

I first tested and optimised my methods in my own company. I then tried them out in every business area I worked in, sharing my knowledge and experience with employees and coworkers so that, as a team, we could make the most of every situation. There are no theories — just practical solutions that really work.
