I have a background in economics and engineering from the University of Karlsruhe in Germany and have international experience working with large companies in both Germany and Greece. One of my key achievements was establishing a sales network spanning 15 countries for a family-owned business (including Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland,Serbia, Albania, Kuwait, the United Arabic Emirates, Israel, etc.).

I am passionate about connecting with young entrepreneurs who have already founded their own business. I offer my expertise supporting them during this critical early stage by providing strategic guidance using the Business Model Canvas, practical insight into defining sales and marketing channels and cash flow control, and encouragement.

I first tested and optimised my methods in my own company, using the ISO 9001 guidelines and implementing a customised ERP System. I then applied these methods, as well as other things I learned during my career, such as classical project management and Scrum Master, to every business area in which I worked. I share my knowledge and experience with employees and coworkers so that, as a team, we can optimise every situation. There are no theories, only practical solutions that work.
