Real results, not just theory  

Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered measurable results.

Although I don’t have any experience yet of working as a mentor, I have gained tremendous experience throughout my 38-year career.

With 21 years’ as a manufacturer , I organised the family enterprise, obtained ISO 9001 quality certification and digitised the entire production process in the ’90s.

I increased the distribution of heating and plumbing products to over 17 countries, including Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, countries in Central Europe and Scandinavia, and Switzerland.

During my seven years working at Brandenburg Technical University, I visited production SMEs in Brandenburg’s production sector and wrote around 65 strategy papers on their digital transformation.

Most recently, I digitised administrative processes and set up an intranet for a company in the social sector.

Finally, I created project profiles to show my friends and family that I am capable of working as a mentor.

A mentor who understands your struggles  

Two years earlier,I had attented a three-month preparation course for startup , where I met young people preparing to become future founders. This gave me the opportunity to learn about their needs .

Three years ago, I spent six months working as a pro bono mentor for a startup in the 3D-printing industry.

Drawing on these experiences, I have a good understanding of the challenges involved in providing first-grade mentoring services.
