Although I don’t have experience working as a mentor, I have tremendous experience from my 30-year career.
As a manufacturer for 21 years, I organized the family enterprise, obtained ISO 9001 quality certification, and digitized the entire production process in the ’90s.
I expanded distribution of heating and plumbing products to over 15 countries, including Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Central Europe, Scandinavia, and Switzerland.
While working at Brandenburg Technical University, I visited production SMEs in Brandenburg for seven years and wrote about 40 strategy papers for their digital transformation.
Most recently, I digitized administrative processes and introduced an intranet for a social sector company.
Lastly, I created project profiles for friends and family to demonstrate my ability to work as a mentor.
